Found by Google and AI search
Your show gets its own page indexed by Google and surfaced by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. People searching your show name or 'agricultural shows near me' find you — before show day, all year round.
Every visitor at your show has a phone in their pocket. ShowDayGuide™ turns it into an interactive map, live schedule, and announcement board — while unlocking revenue streams that don't exist with paper programmes.
ShowDayGuide™ doesn't replace your printed programme — it opens up commercial opportunities the printed programme never could, and you keep the majority share of every one.

A printed-programme logo is exposure you can't measure. A digital placement is exposure with proof — logo views, profile-page visits, click-throughs to the sponsor's site, push-notification opens. Sponsors pay more because they can see what they're getting.
Every trader gets a free basic listing. Enhanced, Silver and Gold tiers give them their own page, product photos, and a post-show contact window of 3 days to two weeks. Vendors pay because the post-show window is exposure printed programmes never deliver.
The advertising committee role at most shows hasn't changed in fifty years. ShowDayGuide™ gives those same advertisers — estate agents, funeral directors, local businesses — text listings, card adverts, and featured placements across multiple pages. Same audience, more reach.
Shows that have always sold a printed programme can now sell access to the digital schedule too. Free version always exists; the paid version unlocks full schedule detail and sectional class info. Available on Town tier and above. You keep 85%.
GPS-anchored map, filterable schedule, real-time announcements, event reminders, works offline when 5,000 people saturate the cellular signal. Happier visitors stay longer, spend more, and come back next year.

ShowDayGuide™ works alongside your printed programme and PA system. Visitors open a link on their phone — no app to download, no account to create.
Upload your site map, drop pins for key locations, and visitors see a live blue dot showing where they are. Entrances, toilets, first aid, trade stands, rings — all tappable, all findable.
Visitors filter by ring, set push reminders, and never miss the events they came for. Delays and cancellations update instantly across every phone.
Sections, classes, trophies, section secretaries, judges — your printed programme's reference content, browsable, searchable and updatable.
Every vendor gets listed for free. Enhanced vendors get their own page with products, offers, and social links — visible for days after the show ends. That post-show window is exposure vendors will pay for.
Maps, pins and schedules save to visitors' phones automatically. When the mobile signal drops — and at a 5,000-person agricultural show, it will — ShowDayGuide™ keeps working.
Run the same show annually? One click clones everything — map, schedule, vendors, sections, classes, trophies, policies. Update the dates, refresh sponsors, and you're ready.
Invite committee members at no extra charge. Assign roles. Everyone contributes — one person does the map, another handles the schedule, someone else manages vendors. No training required.

Sign up, add your show name, dates and location. Your show gets a free listing page within minutes — visible on Google and AI search before you spend a penny.
Upload your site map and drop pins, or use the map builder. Add your schedule — type it, import a spreadsheet, paste it from a Word doc, or photograph your printed programme and let AI extract it. Add vendors, sections, classes, dog policy, accessibility info.
When you're happy, publish to visitors. Share the link or QR code — on your website, ticket confirmations, gate signs, social media. Visitors just tap and they're in.
On show day, post announcements, update the schedule in real time, and watch your show's analytics. After the show, use the engagement data to plan next year's show — and to back up bigger sponsor and advertiser proposals.
Paper programmes can't tell you which rings drew the biggest crowds, which trade stands got the most foot traffic, or what visitors searched for on the day. ShowDayGuide™ can. Use the data to plan a better show — and to negotiate higher sponsor and advertiser fees with evidence, not estimates.
Analytics example: visitor count over the day, top tapped pins, ring popularity, and a heatmap of where visitors spent time on the map.
Between new vendor listing revenue, advertiser placements, sponsor placements, digital schedule access sales, and printing cost savings — most shows make their money back before show day. Move the sliders to see your numbers.
One price per show, no per-visitor fees. A single one-off fee unlocks everything you need to publish your show — your commercial revenue streams, the advanced time-saving setup tools, and a far better day out for every visitor. What varies between tiers is the size of show supported and the free vendor and sponsor listings included.
When vendors upgrade their listings, sponsors book placements, advertisers buy programme slots, or visitors buy access to the digital schedule — you keep the majority of the income. These are streams that don't exist with paper, and they're effortless once set up:
Digital schedule access sales available on Town tier and above. Bundle discounts apply automatically when a business takes more than one product (e.g. vendor + sponsor, or sponsor + advertiser).
A committee can set up a show in an evening. The wizard walks through map, schedule, vendors, sections, classes and policies one step at a time. Schedule import accepts spreadsheets, Word docs, PDFs, paste-text and photos of printed programmes — most schedules come in clean in under five minutes.
No. ShowDayGuide is a companion to your printed programme — it doesn't have to replace it, unless you want it to. Many shows keep their printed programme exactly as-is and add a QR code on the cover linking to the digital version. Visitors choose which they prefer; many use both. For shows that decide to go fully digital, you'll also reduce your printed-paper carbon footprint significantly.
Yes. Creating a show is free, and basic setup is free — adding your schedule manually, dropping pins on a map, adding vendors and sponsors by hand. The platform fee is a single one-off payment that unlocks everything you need to publish your show to visitors, including AI-powered features (such as importing a schedule from a photo, or auto-filling vendor details from a website). If you want to use an AI feature during setup, you can pay the platform fee at that point; otherwise the fee is paid when you're ready to publish your show — typically a few weeks before show day. No metered billing, no per-action charges.
Your show data belongs to you. You can export everything — schedule, vendor list, sponsor list, advertiser list, analytics — as CSV at any time. If you choose not to renew, your show pages stay accessible to existing visitors for the rest of the year and then archive cleanly.
Yes. Invite as many committee members as you need at no extra charge. Assign roles so the chairperson can do everything, the schedule secretary handles events, the trade-stand coordinator handles vendors, and so on. One person doesn't have to do everything.
Yes. One click clones everything — map, schedule, vendors, sections, classes, trophies, policies. Update the dates and your renewed show is ready. Designed specifically so annual shows don't have to start from scratch each year.
Shows run by registered charities qualify for a discount on the platform fee. Contact us with your charity registration number and we'll apply the rate to your show.
No — importing your existing lists is one of the things ShowDayGuide does for you. Upload or paste what you've already got (a spreadsheet, or even a photo or PDF of last year's programme) and it reads the names and details in and organises them for you. You can then publish them and send each business an invite to upgrade their own listing — so the relationships you've already built carry straight over, with barely any typing.
No. Every plan is per-show, paid annually when you publish your show to visitors — no minimum terms, no automatic renewals. If a year doesn't suit you, simply don't renew.
