Upload the programme you already have — a Word document, a PDF or a photo of the printed page — check it, and publish. Every visitor gets the full timetable and class lists on their phone from a link or a QR code. No app to download, and it keeps working when the signal drops.
A timetable they can actually use in a field.
This is the programme printed above, on the same schedule your visitors get. Pick a ring, search for an event, and open an event to see its classes, judges, sponsors and trophies. Tap Remind me to see how it works — on this page nothing is saved or sent.
Oakshire County Show is a made-up show. To see a whole show guide — the map, traders and sponsors as well as the schedule — open the Oakshire demo show.
Oakshire County ShowChange a ring time or swap a judge and every visitor has it within moments, and an announcement reaches everyone with the guide open. Running late in one ring? Move one event and the guide offers to move everything after it in that ring by the same amount, so the rest of the timetable stays true — and visitors who set a reminder for any of those events are told. No more printed sheets taped up by the secretary's tent, and no more “schedule correct at time of printing”.
Many shows sell a printed programme, and nothing here asks you to stop. Your programme goes on selling at the gate; what changes is the loose timetable sheet that falls out in the rain and is out of date by eleven o'clock. Visitors get the day's running order on their phone, and your printed programme stays the keepsake it always was. And the timetable posters some shows print each year, good for one day and reprinted the next, become a page you update in place.
Once a visitor has opened your programme it is saved on their phone, so the timetable and class lists keep working when the signal drops — and updates arrive the moment it comes back.
Your cattle, sheep or home-crafts secretary can upload and update their own section's classes without touching anyone else's — or the timetable. The show secretary sees everything and publishes.
A PDF on your website is hard to read on a phone, can't be searched or filtered by ring, and is out of date the moment a time changes. A Facebook post reaches the people who happen to see it. A programme on ShowDayGuide is one link that is always the latest version, works on a weak signal, and tells visitors when something changes.

Upload the programme you already have — a Word document, a PDF or a photo — and ShowDayGuide turns it into a timetable with your classes under each event. You check it on a review screen, publish, and share one link. Visitors open it on their phones with no app to download.
No. Your programme opens in the phone's web browser from a link or a QR code. Visitors can save it to their home screen if they like, but they never need an app store.
A Word document, a PDF, a photo of a printed page, or text pasted in. Most committees upload the document they already use for the printer.
No. Classes, judges, entry fees, prize money, class sponsors and trophies come across with the timetable, filed under the right events. You check them before anything is published.
Change it in your dashboard and every visitor sees the new time within moments. An announcement reaches everyone with the guide open.
Yes. Once a visitor has opened your programme it is saved on their phone, so the timetable keeps working with one bar of signal or none, and catches up when the signal returns.
That's your choice. Many shows keep selling their printed programme; the phone version gives every visitor the day's timetable and class lists, which is the part that changes on the day.
The review screen points out any two events booked into the same ring at the same time before you publish. On the day, if one event runs late, you can move it and let the events after it in that ring move by the same amount, and anyone with a reminder set for them is told.
