ShowDayGuide
For Vendors

Be found before, during, and after the show.

You pay for your pitch. You unload the van. You stand in your stall all day. ShowDayGuide™ makes sure visitors actually find you — and keeps your business in front of them after they've gone home.

A full vendor page, push notifications to interested visitors, and post-show visibility your printed listing can't match.

Many wins from one listing

More ways to get customers — every one of them measurable.

A paper-programme listing gives you one thing: your name in alphabetical order. A ShowDayGuide™ listing gives you more — and every one of them shows up in your analytics with a number next to it.

Found by visitors who'd have walked past
Your pin is tappable on the map. Visitors browsing for food vendors, gift stalls, craft sellers, or any vendor category find you on the day — before they walk past your stall.
Gold tier
Featured on the show page
Gold tier only. Your offer appears in rotation in the show's Featured Offers panel — the high-visibility slot every visitor sees when they open the vendor section. A prominent place on the page everyone visits.
Push offers to interested visitors
Silver and Gold tiers send a push notification to visitors who've engaged with your listing or opted in to your show's alerts. A targeted '15% off in the next hour' lands on the phones of people already curious about you — exactly when they're nearby and ready to buy.
Sell to visitors after they've gone home
Your page stays live 3–14 days after the show. The visitor who liked your stall on Saturday goes home, opens their phone Tuesday, taps through to your website, buys. The paper programme is in the bin by then.
Know exactly what worked
See your views, your clicks, the number of visitors who tapped 'directions to stall'. Find out which offers drove footfall and which fell flat. Plan next year's pitch with data, not guesswork.
Vendor tiers

Pick the tier. Pay once. Get found.

One payment per show. No subscriptions, no contracts. Most vendors recover their listing cost from the first couple of show-day visitors — and the analytics show you exactly where those visitors came from.

Your Enhanced page

Where visitors find you — before, during, and after.

Every paid tier gets a dedicated page inside the show guide. Visitors land here from your map pin, from a vendor search, or from a push notification — and they get everything they need to walk to your stall or buy from you online.

Photos and your offer: Your stall, your products, your team. A show-day offer banner gives visitors a concrete reason to come over now, not later.
Tag what you sell: Tag your stall by category — food, drink, gifts, crafts, services, charity — so visitors browsing the directory find your listing. Tags are free and you choose every one.
Website, Instagram, Facebook: One tap from your page to your website or socials. Visitors who like your stall follow you immediately — and buy long after they've gone home.
Directions to your stall: Visitors tap once, their phone's map opens, and they walk straight to you. No more 'is it past the bandstand or before it?'.
Stays live after the show: Enhanced: 3 days. Silver: 7 days. Gold: 14 days. A visitor who saw your stall but didn't have time to chat on Saturday can find you online on Tuesday — and become a customer the same week.

Your details, protected

Visible to real visitors. Invisible to bots and scrapers.

Your phone number and email never appear in the raw page source. Visitors who want to contact you tap a button, pass a quick bot check, and see your details. Anyone scraping the web — looking to fill a junk-mail list or sell your number to a marketing aggregator — gets nothing. Contact details are only visible during your tier's visibility window: show day only for Basic; 3, 7, or 14 days after the show for Enhanced, Silver, and Gold. Website and social links are visible during the same windows on paid tiers (and never appear on the free Basic tier).

FAQs

The questions other vendors asked first

What if my show isn't using ShowDayGuide™ yet?
Tell your show organiser. ShowDayGuide™ is paid for by the show, not by you — once a show is on the platform, every trader gets a free Basic listing (limited per show, first-come-first-served). You only pay if you want an upgraded listing (Enhanced, Silver, or Gold). If you'd like us to reach out to your show organiser on your behalf, get in touch and we'll do exactly that.
I already pay £150+ for my pitch. Why pay £30 more?
Your pitch fee gets your stand on the showground. ShowDayGuide™ gets your business on the phone of every visitor who's looking for what you sell — before, during, and after the show. The two work together. Think of it like the difference between having a shop and having a shop sign: the pitch is the shop, ShowDayGuide™ is the signpost that brings the right people to your door.
What if nobody opens the app?
It's not an app — visitors get to it by scanning the QR code on the printed programme or visiting the show's URL. No download required, works on every phone. Shows we work with display the QR code prominently, and most visitors check it at some point to find the schedule or a particular stand. Real visitor numbers vary by show, and our analytics will show you exactly how many people viewed your listing.
What does 'page stays live X days after the show' actually mean?
Your dedicated vendor page (the thing visitors land on when they tap your pin) remains accessible at its show URL for the post-show window. That means a visitor who liked your stall but didn't have time to buy on Saturday — or who saw your offer on a friend's phone and wanted to check you out — can still find your full page Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and convert. With Basic, the page disappears at the end of show day. With Enhanced, 3 more days. Silver gives you a week, Gold gives you two weeks.
How do push notifications work?
Silver and Gold vendors can send one (Silver) or two (Gold) push notifications. They reach visitors who've engaged with your listing — tapped your map pin, viewed your vendor page, or asked for directions to your stall — and visitors who've opted in to alerts for that show. We don't push your message to people who've shown no interest in you (that's UK GDPR / PECR law, and it's also why a focused message converts better). Useful for 'today only' offers, 'free sample at stall 12' announcements, or 'we're still selling honey from our website — 15% off this week' follow-ups. Basic and Enhanced don't include push.
What is the Featured Offers panel on the show page?
A prominent panel at the top of every show's vendor section, displaying a rotating selection of offers from Gold-tier vendors at that show. Every visitor who browses the vendor section sees the panel — so your offer gets high-visibility real estate, not just a buried alphabetical listing. All Gold vendors at a show appear in rotation (random selection on each page load), so you're guaranteed to be in the rotation regardless of when you sign up. Unlike push notifications, this is passive display — visitors pull the content, you don't push it. That means no GDPR consent needed and every visitor browsing vendors sees the panel. Gold tier only.
What about my contact details — phone and email?
We protect your contact details from scrapers and bots. On Basic, your phone and email show only on show day itself (so visitors can call you mid-show but bots can't harvest them year-round). On Enhanced, contacts are visible for 3 days after the show. Silver: 7 days. Gold: 14 days. Your website and social links are always visible on any tier above Basic.
I want to do multiple shows. Do I get a discount?
Listings are per-show — same price at any show, no negotiation, no surprises. We deliberately keep vendor pricing flat across show sizes so traders running a circuit can budget easily. If you do 6 shows a season as an Enhanced listing, that's £30 × 6 = £180 — comparable to a single small printed-programme ad at one show.
What if I want to cancel or change my listing?
Full refund within 7 days of payment if your content hasn't gone live and no AI features have been used. After your page is live on a show's listing, it's non-refundable — the listing IS the service. While we're setting up our vendor self-service flow, content changes go through us by email and are processed within one working day. Once self-service is live (coming weeks), you'll edit your page directly any time.
Can I update my listing after I've paid?
Yes. Right now during our manual setup phase, send us your updated content by email and we'll have it live within one working day — no support ticket overhead. Once our vendor dashboard launches in the coming weeks, you'll log in via the link in your confirmation email and edit your page directly: change your offer, swap photos, update your hours, fix typos. Changes are live immediately.
Does ShowDayGuide™ work for food vendors / bars / charities / services, not just trade stands?
Yes — and food, drink, services, and charity stands are getting first-class treatment in our next platform update. Food and drink vendors will get menu surfaces with photos and prices; services get appointment booking surfaces; charities get donation surfaces. If you're a non-trade-stand vendor and want to be on the first wave, get in touch and we'll prioritise your show.

Be on the map at your next show.

Vendor self-service signup is launching alongside our payment system in the coming weeks. In the meantime, get in touch and we'll set up your listing manually — free Basic, or paid tier of your choice.

Tell us which show you trade at and which tier you're interested in — we'll confirm if your show is on the platform (or reach out to your show organiser on your behalf if not).
