About
Everything is made in copper pans in batches of thirty jars or fewer, and every label tells you which hedgerow it came from. We pick to order through the season — damsons and sloes from our own orchard rows, elderflower from the lane sides, and honey from four hives at the top of the far field. Come and try before you buy; there's always a tasting board out on the stall.
