Sutherland Show

Saturday 24 July 2027 (to be confirmed)
Dornoch Links showground, Dornoch, Sutherland(IV25 3LY)

Founded in 1951, the Sutherland Show sets out to display the farming and industry of a county it counts as the UK's largest, with coasts on both the Atlantic and the North Sea. It is held on Dornoch Links, and puts its gate at around 5,000 in recent years. Cattle, sheep, horses and ponies fill its livestock and horse classes, and the vintage section is non-competitive, open to vehicles and engines of every standard from unrestored to concours. Trade stands, a food and crafts tent, the main ring programme and a funfair round out the day, and the show promises something for everyone.
