Stanhope Show is a two-day agricultural show held on the second weekend in September at Unthank Park, Stanhope, in Weardale, County Durham. For 2027 the show has announced Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September. It is run by the Stanhope Agricultural Society, founded in 1834, and has been held every year since apart from the war years, foot-and-mouth and Covid. The weekend brings local cattle and sheep, horse and pony classes and show jumping, fur and feather, horticulture, produce, crafts, photography and dressed walking sticks, alongside a terrier and lurcher show, a fun dog show and harness racing. Around the main arena there are displays and entertainment, vintage vehicles, trade stands and a shopping marquee, with live music on the Sunday.
