How much are tickets?
Tickets for Saturday 31 July 2027 can be bought online through the show's website until Friday 30 July 2027. Prices for 2027 are not yet published. In 2026 an adult ticket was £10 online (plus a £1.50 booking fee) or £15 on the day, paid by card at the gate; concessions were £6 online and £10 on the day, carers were free, and children under 16 were free with an adult.

Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leads, and owners are asked to clean up after them. There is a fun dog show, and dog show entries are taken at the dog show ring on show day.

The show aims to be inclusive, with accessible parking near the entrance, accessible toilets, handwashing facilities and a welfare tent. Baby changing is in the welfare tent next to the Info Hub. The show is on a greenfield site, so ground conditions may not suit all wheelchairs or mobility scooters, and, being outdoors, the show advises preparing for all weather. What food is there, and can I pay by card?
There are food vans, ice cream, confectionery, a beer tent and picnic areas, plus a food street. Cash and card are both accepted, but some stalls may take cash only and there is no cash machine on the field; the nearest is at Sainsbury's, Kingsgate Retail Park.
What is there to see and do?
Livestock classes with cows, sheep and heavy horses, and equestrian classes for showing, working hunter and showjumping. There is a farm animal barn tent, a craft marquee, a homecraft competition with a junior section for under-16s, trade stands, a farmers market, vintage tractors, sheepdog trial demonstrations and sheep shearing, a kids area and the dog show.
How do I enter a class?
Entries for livestock and equestrian classes go through the show's Entrymaster system, linked from the show's website, and the Schedule page lists the class sections. Sheep and cattle entries are requested online, but on-the-day entries are accepted. Dog show entries are taken at the dog show ring on show day.
