Allendale Show is a village agricultural show held in August on the showfield at Riding Haughs in Allendale, near Hexham in Northumberland. It is run by the Allendale Agricultural Society, whose district takes in Allendale, West Allen, Whitfield and parts of Hexhamshire. The 2027 show is expected on the third Saturday in August, to be confirmed by the show. The day begins early with horse and pony showing, followed by sheep judging, show jumping, clear round jumping and mounted games. The industrial section covers home baking, handicrafts, photography, countryside and junior classes, and there are dressed walking sticks and vintage vehicles on show too. An all-breeds dog show with fun classes takes entries on the field on the day, and Cumberland & Westmorland wrestling and trade stands round off the day.
