Sunday 25 July 2027 (to be confirmed)
Newby Hall, Ripon, North Yorkshire(HG4 5AE)

The Aldborough & Boroughbridge Agricultural Show is a long-established society show, well past its hundredth staging, held on a Sunday in July in the parkland of Newby Hall near Ripon. It's a full working day in the country: cattle and sheep, horses, ponies, donkeys and driving, heavy horses and vintage vehicles, with horticulture, flowers, produce, baking, handicrafts, photography and children's classes. Look out for the grand cattle parade, the vintage parade, terrier racing and the fittest farmer contest, and bring the dog for the dog show, with fun classes entered on the day. With Newby Hall's parkland as its backdrop, it's a lovely summer Sunday out.
