Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre

Thursday 3 December – Sunday 6 December 2026
Worcester city centre, Worcester, Worcestershire

For four days in early December, the streets of Worcester city centre are dressed for a Victorian Christmas. Traders in Friar Street and New Street began the Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre in 1992; today almost 200 stalls spread across the city, selling handmade items, festive goodies and a big choice of street food. A Galloper carousel turns to the tunes of a barrel organ, stages from Cathedral Square to Friar Street carry carols, school choirs and live music, and buskers play on the corners. Stilt walkers, jugglers and street magicians in costume roam the crowds, and Gin Lane brings hawkers, flower sellers, urchins and a piano sing-along to the streets near The Shambles. Two railway stations lie within a mile, and Park & Ride serves the city.
