Totnes Christmas Market and Late Night Shopping

8 December – 22 December 2026
Market Square, Fore Street and the town centre, Totnes, Devon

On three Tuesday evenings in December, festive fun for families spreads across the whole town of Totnes. Totnes Christmas Market and Late Night Shopping fills the streets with more than 70 local artisan stalls, with street food sellers among them, and the Civic Hall hosts a covered gift market of crafts. There are two food courts, one behind the Market Square and one at The Mansion on Fore Street, while live music and street entertainment are free each week. The first evening begins with a lantern parade from the foot of Fore Street to The Rotherfold Square. All the while the town's 125 independent shops keep trading until 9pm, and free buses run each evening from the Park and Ride and to and from the station.
