When is The Christmas Cotswold Fair 2026?
From Monday 9 to Thursday 12 November 2026.
What are the opening times?
Monday 9 November, evening only, 5.30pm to 9.30pm. Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 November, 9am to 5pm. Thursday 12 November, 9am to 4pm.
Where is the fair?
Within the estate of Todenham Manor Farm, postcode GL56 9NW (what3words: procures.troubled.chefs). It is not at the Todenham Manor Farm Shop. Follow the event signage and staff will direct you when you arrive.
How do I get tickets, and who needs one?
Tickets are bought through the Tickets page of the fair's website. Everyone over the age of 12 needs a ticket; babies and younger children are free. Show your ticket on your phone or printed for scanning at the entrance. Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled.
Where do I park?
There is free field parking, or you can add pre-paid parking on hard ground when you buy your ticket. Staff direct you on arrival, and you need to display your parking pass.
Can I bring my dog?
No. Only guide dogs are permitted at the fair, and dogs should not be left in vehicles.
Is the fair accessible?
The fair is held in a marquee that is accessible for wheelchair users, and there are disabled toilets on site. Because it is in a field, the ground from the car park to the marquee can be uneven; ask the car-park staff if you need help. Baby changing facilities are on site.
What can I buy, and who is there?
More than 220 independent brands and makers. The fair's brand directory groups them into jewellery, fashion accessories, toys and games, gifts, women's, men's and children's clothing, skincare and wellness, candles, interiors, food and drink, stationery and books, art, Christmas decorations and pets. Most stallholders take cards; the fair suggests bringing some cash as well, which is also useful for donations to WellChild.
What are the demonstrations and workshops?
Demonstrations are free tutorials with chefs, interior designers and other specialists, such as a cocktail masterclass, wreath making and wine tasting; they are free and can be booked alongside your ticket. Workshops are paid, hands-on sessions of about an hour where you make something to take home, such as a wreath, clay ornaments, hand-printed cards or a leather keyring, at £30 to £50 a person, with classes limited to 10. Book both when you buy your ticket, or add them to a ticket you already hold.
Is there food and drink?
Yes. Refreshments and meals are on sale throughout the fair from the Potted Goose Cafe and the Herd Cafe. The fair asks visitors not to bring their own food or drink.
Where does the money go?
All profits go to the children's charity WellChild. The fair says it has raised over £1.5 million for children's charities since 1985.
How do stallholders apply?
Through the Stallholder Applications page of the fair's website. Stand sizes are 6ft, 12ft or 18ft wide, each 6ft deep.
