When is the Spirit of Christmas Fair 2026?
From Monday 2 to Sunday 8 November 2026, seven days in all. Opening times are Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm, with a late night on Thursday 5 November when the fair stays open until 9pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Where is the fair held?
At Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX. The Luxury Travel Fair that runs alongside it is in the National Hall.
How much are tickets?
These are the 2026 prices. A day ticket for an adult is £23 booked in advance (£24 for a weekend day) and £27 on the door (£28 for a weekend day); ages 13 to 16 pay £13 in advance (£14 at the weekend) or £17 on the door (£18 at the weekend). A Weekend Pass for Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November is £28 in advance for an adult. An Unlimited Pass, with re-entry on all seven days, is £34 in advance. A Thursday late-night ticket for 4pm to 9pm on 5 November is £15 in advance. All tickets carry a transaction fee. Book through the Tickets page of the fair's website.
Can I bring children?
Children under 12 go in free, and child tickets are priced for ages 13 to 16. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I get to Olympia by public transport?
Kensington (Olympia) station is directly beside the venue, served by London Overground and National Rail, with a limited District line service from Earl's Court. The fair's website also gives walking times from Shepherd's Bush (Central line, 17 minutes), Hammersmith (17 minutes), High Street Kensington (17 minutes), West Kensington (13 minutes) and West Brompton (25 minutes). Buses 9, 10, 27 and 28 stop on Hammersmith Road, bus 49 on Holland Road and bus 391 on North End Road.
Where do I park?
Olympia London runs the car park, and spaces are limited, so the fair's website says you need to pre-book online before you travel. If Olympia is full, it suggests Westfield Shepherd's Bush, about a 10-minute drive away.
What is there to see and do?
More than 600 independent brands, covering fashion, homeware, jewellery, toys, decorations and artisanal food and drink. There are free workshops (table styling, gift wrapping, Champagne tastings and festive styling), live festive music and a new Artisan Tasting Stage with some free samples. Sessions are first come, first served. The Luxury Travel Fair in the National Hall is included with your fair ticket from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November.
What is there to eat and drink?
There are food outlets all around the halls for drinks, snacks, sandwiches and salads, a Kate Austen restaurant serving an all-day menu, and a traditional afternoon tea. Three Louis Roederer Champagne Bars are in the Grand Hall, the National Hall and the Upper Gallery Grand, and there is a water refill station by the Grand Hall front doors.
Are dogs allowed?
No. The fair says there is a strict no-dog policy at Olympia, with the exception of police dogs and assistance dogs.
Is the fair accessible, and is there a cloakroom?
Wheelchair-accessible toilets, male and female, are provided throughout the venue, and any member of the Olympia staff can help during your visit. A limited number of wheelchairs can be hired from Olympia London for a refundable deposit, and booking in advance is recommended. A limited number of Blue Badge parking bays are available on a first come, first served basis, with pre-booking through Olympia London recommended. A carer is admitted free if you buy one standard adult ticket and upload proof of need. There is a cloakroom by both entrances, on the right in the National Hall and on the right in the Grand Hall, and a Shop and Drop area in the Grand Hall for coats and shopping for a small donation.
