Nairn Show

Saturday 31 July 2027 (to be confirmed)
Davidson Park, Nairn, Highland

Nairn's farming society has been going since 1798, and its yearly show, which the society calls the highlight of its calendar, fills Davidson Park on the edge of Nairn. Cattle, sheep and horses compete in the livestock sections, while the main ring brings the Galcantray Clydesdales, the Nairn Pipe Band and a parade of vintage tractors that have travelled from all over the North of Scotland. The marquees hold baking, honey, floral art, wine, horticulture and children's entries, with a food fair, craft fair and trade stands alongside, and a kids zone for the youngsters. After the gates close at 5pm, live music and a marquee dance carry on until the bar shuts at 1am, and car parking costs nothing.
