When is the Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair in 2026?
On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026.
What are the opening times?
In 2026 the fair opens from 9am to 4pm on both days, and last admission is at 3pm. On Sunday 9 to 10am is a Quiet Hour: music and announcements are paused, the lighting is dimmed and there are no performances.
How much are tickets, and how do I buy one?
In 2026 an adult ticket is £8.00 in advance (booking fees apply) or £10.00 on the day. A child ticket (3 to 12 years) is £7.00 in advance or £7.50 on the day, and children aged 0 to 2 go free. Child tickets include Santa's Workshop. Advance tickets go off sale at 11:59pm on Friday 27 November; tickets on the day are subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold for commercial gain.
Where is the fair?
At Lincolnshire Showground, Grange de Lings, Lincoln, LN2 2NA. The Showground says it is four miles north of Lincoln, and the main entrance is at Gate 1, immediately off the A15. The fair is held across two indoor halls connected by a covered walkway.
What is there to see and do?
More than 150 exhibitors selling artisan crafts, local food and drink and gifts. There is a Food Walk of street food and food vans, live cooking demonstrations on the Lincolnshire Kitchen Stage, and live performances from local choirs, musicians and community groups through the day. Santa's Workshop is free, upstairs in the EPIC Centre, with seasonal crafts and activities for children.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No. The Showground says that as this is a food event, only food bought from its catering concessions can be eaten. The Food Walk has street food, food vans, coffees and hot chocolates.
Can I pay by card, and can I leave and come back?
The Showground advises bringing both cash and a card, as not every trader takes both. Cashback is not available. A stamp is provided to anyone who wants to leave and re-enter on the same day.
Are dogs allowed?
No. The fair is held indoors, so dogs are not allowed. If you need to bring an assistance dog, the Showground may ask for evidence to support this.
Is the fair accessible?
The Showground says its EXO and EPIC buildings were built flat on the ground floors, and it lists lift access, wide opening doors, accessible toilets, a Changing Places toilet in the EXO Centre (opposite the EPIC Centre) and disabled parking bays. Guests who need a carer get one Carer/Personal Assistant ticket at no extra charge: supporting documentation is needed, and the ticket is requested after a valid ticket purchase. Sunday's first hour (9 to 10am) is a Quiet Hour with no music, announcements or performances and dimmed lighting.
Is there anything I should know about busy times?
The Showground may carry out security checks at the entrance, and at busy times it might pause entry or introduce a one-way system to manage crowds.
Where do I park at the Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair?
Parking is free on site, with disabled parking available.
How do I get to the Lincolnshire Food & Gift Fair without a car?
Bus service 103 serves the Showground, running between Lincoln Bus Station and Kirton in Lindsey. Lincoln Central station is about 15 minutes away by road. By car, the main entrance is at Gate 1 (LN2 2NA), immediately off the A15.
