The Knebworth Christmas Fair fills Knebworth House's grounds at Stevenage, Hertfordshire, for three days of Christmas shopping. Stalls are spread through four barns, four very large marquees with roomier walkways, Christmas cabins and an open-air shopping area, and close to 300 stallholders are taking part in 2026, some of them new to the fair. Between stalls there is a marquee given over to fine food and drink, seating under cover, live music, a giant snowglobe and immersive selfie stations. Around 20,000 people come each year. Entry is by ticket only, booked beforehand, and parking on site is free, close to the A1(M) at Junction 7.

The fair is open from 10am to 4pm each day. Premium and Premium Plus ticket holders can come in early, from 9.30am.

Yes. This is a ticket-only event, so book ahead. Early-bird online prices for 2026 are: Standard (a chosen day and arrival slot of 10-11, 11-12 or 12-1.30, staying until 4pm) £10.50 adult (16+), £10.00 concession (60+), £5.00 child (5-15), and under 5s free; Afternoon tickets (from 1.30pm) £8.00 adult or concession and £5.00 child; Premium (any one day, with early access from 9.30am) £13.50; Premium Plus (all three days) £16.50. There is a £1.65 booking fee per order. Carers go free.

The fair is just off Junction 7 of the A1(M). The nearest rail station is Stevenage, two miles from Knebworth Park, with a taxi rank at the station; trains run from London King's Cross about every 30 minutes.

Yes, parking on site is free. All parking, including Blue Badge parking, is on grass.

Almost 300 stallholders are spread across Christmas cabins, four barns and four large shopping marquees with wider walkways, plus an outdoor shopping area. There is live music, a Giant Snowglobe, immersive selfie stations, undercover seating and a Fine Food & Drink Marquee.
