Keech Christmas Market
Keech Hospice, the Luton charity caring for local adults and children with life-limiting conditions, puts on its own Christmas market for one weekend in late November, filling Barnfield College in Luton with festive stalls. Local makers bring handmade gifts, crafts and cakes, the hospice sells its own Keech Christmas goodies, and there is a raffle to try your luck in. The Luton Brass Band plays as part of the seasonal entertainment, while volunteers keep hot dishes, drinks and snacks coming all weekend. It all happens under one roof, so cold or rain won't spoil the day; parking on site costs nothing and there is no need to book. Pay a few pounds at the door, with under-14s free, and your entry money helps the hospice.
