Craft Fair Contemporary at Nottingham Contemporary

Friday 4 December – Sunday 6 December 2026
Nottingham Contemporary (The Space and Studio 2), Weekday Cross, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire(NG1 2GB)

Nottingham Contemporary's green-and-gold gallery, its concrete front carrying a lace design from the 1800s, a nod to the city's lace-making past, turns into a craft and design fair for one weekend in December. Craft Fair Contemporary spreads across two floors with more than forty makers from Nottingham and further afield, selling jewellery and ceramics, textiles and homeware, candles, prints and cards. Things start on the Friday night with a free launch party: live music, something to eat and drink, the galleries open after dark, and free drinks at Blend at Contemporary for the first hundred guests. The stalls stay up through Saturday and Sunday. Entry costs nothing, donations to the gallery's charity are welcome, and the city centre shops are only minutes away on foot.
