How do I get tickets?
Tickets are booked online through the Book Now link on the fayre's page, and the page says they go on sale from early October. Booking is for a one-hour arrival time slot, and there is no time limit once you are inside the Fayre. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult, and bookings are non-refundable. The price is not published yet. Access to the Farm Shop, Courtyard Kitchen and Play Barn is separate to the Christmas Fayre.
Is parking free?
Yes, the fayre offers free parking. The farm shop's Accessibility Guide (dated March 2025) says its car park is part tarmac and part loose stone or gravel, and that in busy periods overflow parking is on the grass.
Can I get there by bus?
The farm shop's Accessibility Guide (dated March 2025) says the X84 and X85 routes pass the access tunnel for Brocksbushes: ask the driver for Brocksbushes and they should stop outside the tunnel entrance, 0.3 miles from the farm shop. The guide warns that the tunnel is dark, has no marked pedestrian walkway, and that cars and bicycles come from either direction.
What is on at the fayre?
Handpicked festive stalls, gifts, festive home decorations, artisan food and drink, seasonal treats, live music and demonstrations. The fayre's page lists 65 stallholders, among them makers of ceramics, jewellery, art, soap and toys.

The page lists food and drink stallholders including Acropolis, Aupa Street Food, Kaffeehaus, Magpie Chilli Crisp, North Chocolates and The Northumberland Gin Company, and the page also lists tasty seasonal treats and artisan food and drink.
Are dogs allowed?
The fayre has not published a dog policy. The farm shop's Accessibility Guide (dated March 2025) says assistance dogs are welcome to exercise and toilet on the large grassy areas of the car park, the nearest about 50 metres from the farm shop.
Is the fayre accessible?
The fayre's page links to the farm shop's Accessibility Guide. The guide, dated March 2025, describes accessible parking spaces to the right of the main door, less than 50 metres from the main entrance and all tarmac, and level access from the main entrance to the Farm Shop, Courtyard Kitchen, an accessible toilet and the Play Barn. The guide does not mention the fayre itself, and the fayre has not published its own access details.
