Blaston Show

Sunday 27 June 2027
Blaston Showground, Slawston, Leicestershire(LE16 7FA)

Blaston Show celebrates its 70th year in 2027. Run entirely by volunteers, this one-day agricultural show fills a field on the edge of Slawston in Leicestershire with cattle, sheep and lambs, horses and ponies, and a sheep shearing competition. It is also home to the Blaston Hound Show, begun in 2002 when foot and mouth kept livestock away and now recognised by the Master of Foxhounds Association, with hounds coming from across England. In the main ring look for terrier racing and the Grand Show Parade; around the ground are vintage tractors, classic cars, rural crafts and the Young Farmers. Children can follow the Blaston Trail to learn about farm animals and crops, your dog can enter the companion dog show on the day, and every ticket helps local charities.
