For two weekends in the run-up to Christmas, Beaumanor Hall in the village of Woodhouse, Leicestershire, hosts its Festive Gift Fairs. Food stalls sit alongside more than 60 others selling gifts and things for the home. Each weekend begins with a Friday evening session from 4pm to 8pm, followed by daytime shopping on the Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm, six sessions in all. The Hall and gardens are decorated for winter. Entry is £3.50 booked ahead, or £4 on the day.

At the Hall itself there is dedicated parking for Blue Badge holders outside the Main Hall. The main entrance is reached by a lift built into the steps, with a ramp whenever the lift is unavailable. There are disabled facilities in the Hall, on the ground floor. The gardens have a mixture of grass and gravel paths, with ramps.

The Hall is signposted within the village, and the drive is on the left as you head towards Quorn.
